Every morning on my walk to work I cross the bridge at Compton Verney and pause to admire the view across the lake. The landscape changes with the seasons, yet somehow it always remains inspiring. This is the first painting in what I hope will become a series inspired by the beautiful Compton Verney landscape.
This painting has already travelled to Wales, straight from the easel in May 2026, for a whole summer exhibition at Pensychnant Conservation Centre near Conwy.
The painting is now available and looking forward to finding a new loving home.
It is unframed, leaving you free to choose the frame colour that best suits your space. However, it can also be displayed as it is, as the edges of the canvas are painted to complement the colours of the painting.
